The alarming rate of poverty in Nigeria today in addition to the undesirable circumstances that surrounds many individuals, particularly those that are suffering from one form of perpetual health deformity or the other, calls for passionate concern by the relevant governmental authorities, corporate organisations and well meaning individuals.

Unfortunately the necessary authorities are not meeting up in this area, this is among the reason why Africa-Our-Happy-Home Foundation have joined the other NGOs across the globe to assist Africa nations.

Since inception, we have been impacting lives positively on the welfare of the less privileged. The elders requires a great deal of love and care. As a non-governmental organisation, we are putting our best to ensure that the lives of the needy around us are guaranteed. We render several free services in the area of shelter, education, financial assistance and medical services for different categories of such individuals so as to give them a sense of belonging. By God's grace, we are providing the much needed succour to the people.

Our Guidance & Counselling team are doing a great job to this group, ensuring that their disability will not hinder them from attaining to their full potential in life. Today many of them are great singers, can play organs and guitars very well. Some are now professionals in areas such as: computer operators, secretaries, tailoring, catering, soap making, handcraft, agriculture, trading etc.

After graduation or after acquiring the necessary skills and training, we don't leave them like that, we provide financial aid and tools needed to establish on their own. Sometimes we employ the brilliant ones as part of our team.
